Event organizers and creators set their own pricing and policies. Briteside is not responsible for the quality of events or services provided by third parties. Refund policies are determined by individual organizers and creators.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features, events, or services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Briteside is provided ”as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
